On
the 9th of May, Montage Africa Media Ltd, a leading media and
publishing house in Africa kicked off a beauty, fashion Expo tagged Montage Africa Fashion & Beauty Expo (MAFBE) 2013 at THE SHERATON HOTEL Abuja. The 3-day expo would be closing on the 11th of May.
The MAFBE Expo 2013 has featured an exhibition, educational workshops, a fashion show(10th), a Montage Africa Model Search Competition and an awards show – MAWEA (MONTAGE AFRICA WOMEN OF EXCELLENCE AWARDS) which would take place on the 11th of May.
The exhibition has featured the latest products and services in the fashion and beauty industry. MAFBE expo 2013 has been geared towards introducing ‘Made in Nigeria’ products – showcasing Nigerian markets to our African counterparts and increasing participation to include textile manufacturers and dealers across Africa. Fashion designers Saloons & Spa’s Health, Beauty & Skincare products, manufacturers and distributors, Modeling agencies. Fashion magazine editors, Promoters and many more have attended the event so far.
