Beyonce has personalized an apology to fans after canceling her Tuesday concert in Antwerp, Belgium.
Queen Bey, who was sidelined by her doctors for “dehydration and exhaustion,” took to her social media to post a handwritten letter expressing how disappointed she was that she had to miss the show.

Beyonce will in fact take the stage Wednesday night at the same venue to give “a great show,” she said. Hope she’ll make it up to them………. For us, you are pardoned.
